Sailability

 

 

On arrival I have to find my name on the board to see which boat I am sailing in. Today I am in the pink boat and my skipper is Charlie. We were towed out into the to the harbour and let go to sail around.The  Wind was up a little so we went quite fast but I didn’t get wet. We had lunch a later at the clubhouse. A lovely day.😎

I had loads of fun today hitting and bouncing and carrying different balls and balloons with these pool noodle hands. It was loads of fun

Dancing with Donna is awesome. It is awesome that she teaches us so many cool new moves and gets us to move our body in different ways

Waihi Beach Hop Parade

 A great day at Waihi checking out all the classic cars as they assembled before the Beach Hop at Whangamatā. So cool. There were so many cars and they had bands playing music. There were girls dressed in rock n roll clothes walking around. DG

 In art we made these water colour flowers from the garden.

Community inclusion

 

Today we did lots or gardening at the Welcome Bay Community Center. We hadn't been for a while so there was lots to do. We did the side gardens around the playground before lunch and the vegetable gardens after lunch. It was a busy day!

I love the secret spy warm up, I move so sneakily. It was so much fun. I also really loved the bow and the end of class with Te puke where I get to do the most massive jump

Sailaility

 

St Patrick’s Day today and a leprechaun turned up for a photo. Dressed I. Green Roger and I set sail on the Weta a catamaran. Richard was our skipper and we sailed out into the Tauranga harbour. It was a lovely day with no wind and the sun shining. My feet got feet getting off the boat. DG

Community inclusion

 

Today we looked at lots of art in the community, at the historic village and in the newly opened art gallery in town. It was a fun day with lots of interesting colours. I loved this snake that was only visible on the tablet. It was pretty funky

Dance was such fun today. We took turn leading and showing off our moves. Dancing makes me so happy!

 Today in Sailability I was in the purple boat. The water was a bit choppy but it was still fun. DG

Awesome gym session. Learnt some new skills and crushed some arm workouts.
